Spot market electricity prices for Thursday, Jan. 12
- Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data shows trade volume as 136.1 million Turkish liras for the electricity market

The highest electricity rate for one megawatt hour in the day ahead spot market for Thursday will be 224.82 Turkish liras at 14.00 and the lowest will be 90 liras at 03.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.

Turkey's Energy Stock Market, or Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST), data for the trade volume in Thursday's electricity market is set at 136.1 million liras.

The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day ahead spot market on Thursday is calculated as 197.38 liras and 203.23 liras respectively.

The highest electricity price on the day ahead spot market for one megawatt hour on Wednesday was 225.59 Turkish liras at 11.00 and the lowest was 115.05 liras at 04.00 local time.

US$1 equals 3.76 Turkish liras, according to Turkey's Central Bank data.
