The highest electricity rate for one megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 201.46 Turkish liras at 11.00 and the lowest will be 89.99 liras at 03.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume in Thursday's electricity market decreased by 12.14 percent to 50.84 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market on Friday is calculated as 138.74 liras and 141.91 liras respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt hour for Thursday was 184.68 liras at 09.00 and the lowest was 50 liras at 03.00 local time.
US$1 equals 3.66 Turkish liras, according to Turkey's Central Bank data.
