The highest electricity rate for one megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 200.19 Turkish liras at 09.00 and the lowest will be 124.95 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume in Wednesday's electricity market decreased by 5.7 percent to 49.7 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market on Wednesday is calculated as 156.01 liras and 159.37 liras respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt hour for Tuesday was 201.80 liras at 09.00 and the lowest was 115 liras at 03.00 and 04.00 local time.
US$1 equals 3.63 liras, according to Turkey's Central Bank data.
