The highest electricity rate for one megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 201.20 Turkish liras at 11.00 and the lowest will be 85 liras at 03.00 local time, according to official figures on Sunday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume in Monday's electricity market increased by 26.45 percent to 51.3 million liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market on Monday is calculated as 156.92 liras and 161.74 liras respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour for Sunday was 173 Turkish liras at 20.00 and the lowest was 70.05 liras at 03.00 local time.
US$1 equals 3.61 Turkish liras, according to Turkey's Central Bank data.,
