The highest electricity rate for one megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 187.67 Turkish liras at 11.00 and the lowest will be 70.03 liras at 23.00 local time, according to official figures on Friday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume in Saturday's electricity market decreased by 19 percent to 43.7 million liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market on Saturday is calculated as 142.62 liras and 144.68 liras respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour for Friday was 206.35 liras at 11.00 and the lowest was 96.69 liras at 04.00 local time.
US$1 equals 3.60 Turkish liras, according to Turkey's Central Bank data.
